Featured products have warranties ranging in scope and duration. Warranty details will be disclosed to purchaser at the time of the sale or inquiry. Written details of those warranties, if applicable, will accompany the purchased product.

The buyer of any Telemarkdown.com product shall have the right to exchange that product for a full refund, less shipping charges, if the item is returned unused within two weeks of delivery. This does not include mounted skis, except for defect.

Any item may be exchanged for the same product in another size at no charge provided the the buyer returns it unused within 30 days. If an exchange is requested after 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee, plus return shipping charges. Items that are used by the purchaser or purchased as used cannot be returned or exchanged unless a specific offer allows such exchanges or returns, or unless such returns are allowed under warranty.

Items returned under warranty must be returned to Telemarkdown.com (Fey Bros. Enterprises, 55 Hooper Hill Road, New Boston, NH 03070) at the buyer's expense. A determination will be made whether the damage was caused by normal use as described in the warranty. Telemarkdown.com and the manufacturer shall have the option of repairing or replacing the damaged item, as permitted under any warranties.
